WHAT IS virtual desigN?

Virtual Design is for the client who needs help furnishing their rooms and layering in accessories to tie it all together, but is willing to gather information and do their own purchasing. This service gives you the tools and resources needed to execute excellent design. Our Virtual Design service is a flat-fee per room and you, the client, handle documenting the space and purchasing. All meetings and communication will be done virtually & we are thrilled to offer these services for those outside of Texas!

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

• Detailed design for one room

• Floor plan

• Room Mockup if applicable

• Access to our online portal for 90 days

• Links to sourced retail products

• KHI Guides available only to clients

• One round of revisions

• One hour of execution support

• One-on-one support with our team of designers

How does this differ from Full-Service?

Virtual Design is perfect for those working on a smaller scale or with a tighter budget. In Virtual Design, we only source from retailers and Virtual Design clients will not have access to our list of vendors, trades, and custom vendors. Virtual Design is a great option for those who may want to dip their toe in design, but aren’t ready for a full home furnishing or remodel. In Virtual Design, clients will be responsible for purchasing sourced items and bringing the design to life!
